| 摘 要： | 采用定位准确、特异性强的原位核酸杂交技术，以地高辛配基标记ＨＰＶ６Ｂ／１１探针进行标记。在喉乳头状瘤石蜡包埋标本中检测人乳头瘤病毒。在３０例石蜡标本中１９例阳性，１１例阴性。结果表明喉乳头状瘤的病因与人乳头瘤病毒感染有关。 |

| Abstract: | This study used the tecnique of in situ hybridization(ISH)to detect the expres-sion human papillomavirus(HPV)DNA in 30 paraffin specimens of Laryangeal papillomas.Theresultes shown that 19 cases positive and 11 negative.The resultes suggested that the infection ofHPV may be associated withlaryngeal papillom. |
