无偿采血车上护理人员心理压力分析及对策

目的调查采血车上护理人员的心理压力,为制订管理对策提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对北京市血液中心16部采血车上的89名护理人员的心理压力源、心理压力引起的后果及应对压力的方式进行调查分析。结果采血车上护理人员的心理压力依次为:护理人员职业本身的压力,人际关系方面的压力,献血服务方面的压力,工作环境方面的压力。结论应从管理角度减少或消除护理人员工作压力源,并对护理人员进行指导和减压训练。

Analysis and countermeasure of psychological pressure among nurses in mobile blood collection units

Objective To investigate the psychological pressure of nurses in mobile blood collection units,so as to provide the basis for the development of management strategies. Methods The nurses in 16 mobile blood collection units of Beijing Blood Center were investigated with a questionnaire about their psy-chological pressures sources, consequences, and coping styles. Results The pressure came from the following factors, nursing profession itself,interpersonal rela- tionship,blood donation services,and work environment. Conclusion It is necessary for nursing managers to reduce the job stressors and implement relaxation training and guidance for nurses in mobile blood collection units.
