摘    要:考试成绩是学生学习效果的量化指标,直接反映了学生对某门课程的掌握程度和学习状态。成绩分析是评价教学效果的一项重要指标,学校可以据此评价本学科的教学效果、试卷是否合理,了解教师的教学活动是否存在缺陷以及学生的学习状态和兴趣。通过成绩分析的反馈,为教师改进教学、提高教学质量开拓了反思的新视野。本文从成绩分析的常用方法出发,探讨了成绩分析对教学管理的指导作用。

Abstract:Test scores are quantified indicators of students' study, reflecting directly how students comprehended a certain course and their learning situations. Analysis of test scores is an important way to evaluate the education achievements. Based on the score analysis, educational managers can estimate whether education has achieved the effects on certain courses, whether the examination paper is rational, if there is defects in the teachers teaching activity. It also reflects students learning activity and their interests. The analysis on test scores has great impact on improving the teaching and educations. This paper summarized the most commonly used methods to analyze test scores, and discussed the guidance on the educational management of analysis of test score.
