| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗高危前列腺增生症(BPH)安全、有效的手术方法。方法对46例高危HBP患者采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)治疗。结果切除组织重量17~46 g,平均22.5 g,手术时间30~75 min,平均50 min,术中出血不多,无手术死亡病例,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量评分(QOL)明显下降。结论经尿道前列腺部分汽化电切术治疗高危前列腺增生,安全、有效。手术的关键是形成通道。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the safe and effective management of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Partial transurethral electrovaporization of prostate was applied to treating 46 cases of high risk BPH.Results The weight of resected tissue was 17~46 g,average being 22.5 g.Time of operation was 30~75 min,average being 50 min.There was little bleeding and no death in this group.The IPSS and QOL had obviously dropped after operation.Conclusion Partial transurethral electrovaporization of prostate is safe and effective in treating high risk BPH.The formation of tunnel is the key point in the procedure. |
