| 摘 要： | 采用气管注入染尘技术，探讨了岩棉粉尘对大鼠肺的致纤维化作用，另设石英和生理盐水与之比较，结果表明：岩棉尘５０ｍｇ组对大鼠肺有轻度的致纤维化作用，岩棉尘１００ｍｇ组的病理变化略重于岩棉尘５０ｍｇ组。这一研究结果，为制订岩棉粉尘卫生标准提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Two rat groups were intratracheally instilled with 50 mg and 100 mg rock wool dust respectively,taking quartz and saline groups as the positive and negative controls. The pulmonary fibrosis thus caused by rock wool dust was observed.The results Showed that the rock wool dust may caused slight fibrosis in rat lungs. The fibrosis of the 100 mg group is more serious than that found in the 50 mg group. The results provide a scientific basis in setting hygienic standard. |
