34例胆结石患者围手术期的护理研究

目的：总结胆结石患者围手术期的护理措施，进一步提高患者满意度。方法：选取本院2009年1月-2012年4月收治的胆结石患者68例，随机分为实验组与对照组。两组病例均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对照组在围手术期采取常规护理措施，实验组在此基础上采取系统护理措施，观察并记录两组病例的临床满意度，并且对于相关结果进行统计学分析。结果：实验组满意33例（97．1％），对照组满意27例（79．4％），两组比较，实验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在胆结石患者围手术期采取系统护理措施，有利于促进患者及早康复。

Nursing Research for 34 Cases of Cholelithiasis Patients during Operation Period

Objective： To discuss gallstone patients during operation period nursing measures, and further improve the patients＇ satisfaction. Method： From January 2009 to April 2012, 68 gallstone patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Laparoscopie eholecystectomy in perioperative period of operation, the control group took the routine nursing, and the experimental group took systematic nursing. To observe and record clinical satisfaction of the two groups. Result： 33 cases were satisfied in the experimental group （ 97.1% ）, and 27 cases （ 79.4% ） in the control group. To compare the two groups, the experimental group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： It is conducive to the promotion of patients with early rehabilitation that gallstone patients during operation period were treated by systematic nursing.
