芬太尼透皮贴剂控制癌性疼痛的临床疗效观察

目的探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂控制癌性疼痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法 296例癌性疼痛患者随机分为观察组(148例)和对照组(148例),对照组给予注射盐酸哌替啶治疗,观察组采用芬太尼缓释透皮贴剂进行镇痛治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率87.84%,对照组总有效率为48.65%,观察组的NRS评分差值大于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有显著性;两组患者均无严重的不良反应发生。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂控制癌性疼痛,疗效确切,副作用少,使用安全,值得推广使用。

The transdermal fentanyl for the control of cancer pain clinical observation

Objective To investigate the transdermal fentanyl for the control of cancer pain clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 296 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into the observation group （148 cases） and control group （n = 148）, the con- trol group was received the injection of pethidine hydrochloride treatment, the observation group were treated with the slow release of fentanyl transdermal analgesic therapy. Results The treatment group total effective rate 91.67%, control group, the total efficien- cy of 45.83%, the observation group NRS score difference was greater than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was significant; two groups of patients had no severe adverse reaction. Conclusion The transdermal fentany] for the control of cancer pain, curative effect, less side effect, safe use, is worth popularizing.
