系统化护理干预在癌性疼痛患者的应用

目的 探讨系统化护理对癌性疼痛患者的影响.为制订适合的癌性疼痛患者的护理干预策略,建立科学的综合干预方案提供依据.方法 于2009年10月~2011年12月间选取200例癌性疼痛患者建档后,随机分为干预组和对照组.应用五指自我评估法[1],对患者进行心理分析.结果 经过系统化护理干预措施,干预组在疼痛的缓解上明显高于入院时和对照组(P﹤0.05),对护理的满意率达92.7%,明显优于对照组的74.4%,两组患者满意率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 对癌性疼痛患者采用系统化护理干预,提高患者癌性疼痛的治疗效果,增加患者对护理工作的满意度,改善医患关系.

Systematic nursing intervention in patients with cancer pain

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic care on patients with cancer pain,the development of suitable system- atic care intervention strategies for patients with cancer pain and the establishment of a science intervention programs. Methods Selected in October 2009 to December 2011,after the filing of 200 cases of patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. The application fingers self-assessment methodlu, patients with psychological analysis. Results Af- ter systematic care interventions,the intervention group on pain relief was significantly higher than the admission and the control group （P〈0.05）, nursing satisfaction rate of 92.7%, significantly better than 74.4% of the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients with cancer pain,improve the treatment of patients with cancer pain,increase patient satisfaction with nursing,to improve the doctor-patients relationship.
