大连口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

摘    要:
目的了解大连口岸出入境人员传染病感染情况,为有效开展传染病监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2009年7月—2011年12月大连口岸出入境人员的传染病监测资料进行分析统计。结果2009年7月—2011年12月共进行健康体检91 955人,检出各种传染病2 762例,总检出率3.00%;其中乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性为2 292例,丙肝抗体(Anti-HCV)阳性190例,活动性肺结核100例,梅毒170例,艾滋病10例。结论HBsAg阳性为大连口岸出入境人员中流行的主要传染病。应加强出入境人员的传染病监测,加大对此类人群卫生知识宣传和教育力度,提高其自我防范意识,制定有效的防控措施,防止传染病经国境口岸传播。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the result of surveying infectious diseases, and understand the infectious disease status of entry-exit personnel at Dalian port, and to provide scientific basis for surveying infectious diseases at port effectively. Methods The infectious surveillance data of entry-exit population at Dalian port between July 2009 and Decembr 2011 were analyzed statistically. Results The general detectable rate was 3.00% (2 762/91 955) for infectious diseases, of which 2.292 cases were HbsAg positive, 190 cases were Anti-HCV positive, 100 cases were active pulmonary tuberculosis, 170 cases were treponema pallidum antibody positive and 10 cases were Anti-HIV positive. Conclusion HbsAg positive cases hold great majority in all infectious diseases. Labor and sailor are the key surveying crowd at Dalian port. The effective mechanism of preventing and surveillancing for infectious diseases should be established to strengthen publicity and education, to enhance self-awareness of prevention and contain the spread of infectious diseases at frontier port.
