| 摘 要： | 循证医学的兴起和发展对临床医学产生了重大的影响。传统医学也不例外,目前从完成的针刺的Cochrane系统评价来看。结果并不令人满意。独具特色的针灸传统医学面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,如何解决针灸临床所面临的困惑。笔者从提高针灸临床研究水平,重视随机对照试验和非随机研究的系统评价,以及针灸临床如何评价疗效等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Development of evidence-based medicine has a strong effect on clinical medicine and traditional medicine. At present, the results of completed Cochrane systematic evaluation for acupuncture are not satisfactory. The unique traditional acupuncture therapy faces new challenge and opportunity. How to resolve these problems? The paper discusses from the aspects of enhancing clinical research levels of acupuncture, stressing randomized control trials, systematic evaluation of non-randomized studies, and the methods for evaluation of clinical effectiveness of acupuncture. |
