静脉推注药液不溶性微粒污染的实验分析

摘    要:
目的 了解小容量静脉推注药液中的不溶性微粒污染情况 ,探讨控制的对策。方法 用ZWF— 4型注射液微粒分析仪检测静脉推注药液中不溶性微粒的数目。结果  3组未经过过滤的静脉推注药液中 ,不溶性微粒均显著增加。结论 应重视小容量静脉推注药液中不溶性微粒的污染 ,静脉推注药液应该滤过 ,以提高静脉推注的安全性

Abstract:
Objective To explore the pollution of insoluble fine particle in intravenous injection liquids and search the right strategy to avoid it,we do the pollution test of insoluble fine particles in intravenous injection liquids. Methods To detect the number of insoluble fine particles in intravenous injection liquids by ZWF-4 injection liquids particles analysis instruments. Results The number of insoluble fine particles increases markedly in three groups intravenous injection liquids that without filter. Conclusions The pollution of insoluble fine particles in small volume intravenous injection liquids should be taken into account.In order to enhance the security of intravenous injection liquids, the intravenous injection liquids should be filtered when it is used to patient.
