尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法误差分析

摘    要:
目的对尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法的分析误差进行预评价。方法按水质分析中的方法评价分光光度法的精密度和准确度。结果各种溶液测定的总标准差小于其质量浓度的5%,精密度达到要求,总平均回收率可信限在允许置信范围内(R/d=0.954)。结论实验室的测定误差可控制在规定的限度内,结果可达到一定的准确度。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the method of As-Ce catalysis spectrophotometry for detection of urine iodine. Method The method of water quality analysis was used to evaluate the precision and accuracy of spectrophotometry. Results The total standard deviation of variety of solution was less than 5% of the concentration. The precision agreed with the requirement, and the creditability of the averaged recovery was in the range of permission (R/d = 0.954). Conclusions The error of determination in the laboratory can be controlled in a limited range of regulation, and the result can be of certain accuracy.
