| 摘 要： | 老年患者占口腔内科门诊接诊的牙周病患者的绝大多数，本文从医学伦理学角度入手，对门诊老年病人心理状态进行分析，探讨相应对策。以求临床上患者更好的配合，提高治疗效果。作者建议主要包括：①提高医师自身综合素质。②尊重老年患者，满足老年患者合理要求。③治疗过程中健康教育的重要性。 |

| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the psychological state of senile patients with periodontal diseases form the viewpoint of medical ethics,to achieve a good relationship and corporation between physicians and patients.The author also brings forward some suggestions: Doctors should make great efforts to improve their comprehensive qualifications,should respect patients and try to meet their reasonable demand.And besides the doctors should undertake their moral responsibilities,thus the education aimed at this is of primary importance. |
