鸡脑桥内P物质样免疫反应物的分布

用免疫细胞化学ＡＢＣ法研究了鸡脑桥内Ｐ物质（ＳＰ）样免疫反应物的分布。ＳＰ样神经元胞体分布于尾侧线形核及其毗邻的网状结构，前庭内侧核，下网状核以及网状结构外侧部。ＳＰ样纤维和终末在三叉神经感觉主核，三叉神经脊束核，三叉神经运动核，上橄榄背核以及外神经副核分布密集，在尾侧线形核及前庭内侧核则分布稀疏。结果表明：三叉神经束核，三叉神经感主核，上橄榄背核以及前庭内侧核的ＳＰ样免疫反应物的鸡和哺乳类间存在

DISTRIBUTION OF SUBSTANCE P-LIKE IMMUNOREACTANTS IN THE PONS OF THE CHICK

Immunocytochemical technique (ABC method) was used to study the distribution of substance P-like (SP-L) immunoreactants in the pons of the chick.SP-L neuron perikarya were present in the nucleus linearis caudalis and its adjacent reticular formation,nucleus vestibularis medialis,nucleus reticularis inferior and lateral area of the pons reticular formation.SP-L fibers and terminals were dense in the nucleus trigeminus sensibilis principalis,nucleus trigeminus motorius,nucleus olivaris superior dorsalis and nucleus abducents accessorius,and were only occasionally found in the nucleus linearis caudalis and nucleus vestibularis medialis.The results indicated that the SP-L immunoreactants in the pons of the chick were significantly different from that in the pons of the mammal in the nucleus trigeminus radicis descendentis,nucleus trigeminus sensibilis principalis,nucleus olivaris superior dorsalis and nucleus vestibularis medialis.
