大豆磷脂对中风病治疗作用研究

目的 :观察大豆磷脂对中风病的治疗作用。方法 :将中风病患者 2 40例分成 3组 :基础组 6 0例 ,中风病常规中西医结合治疗 ;胞二磷胆碱组 6 0例 ,基础组药物加胞二磷胆碱和ATP治疗 ;大豆磷脂组 12 0例 ,基础组药物加大豆磷脂治疗。疗程 2 8天。结果 :疗程结束时 ,大豆磷脂组患者半身不遂 ,口舌歪斜、舌强语謇、偏身麻木的改善程度显著好于其它 2组 ,以死亡、恶化、无效、进步、显著进步 ,基本痊愈为序 ,3组综合疗效Ridit分析 ,大豆磷脂组的疗效显著优于其它 2组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :大豆磷脂对中风病有显著的治疗作用。

Study on Apoplexy Effect of Soybean Lecithin

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect on apoplexy with soybean lecithin.Methods:240 patients with apoplexy within 48h after the onset,were divided into 3 groups.Basic group,60 patients were cured with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine;citicoline group,60 patients treated with basic group′s medicine and citicoline and ATP;soybean lecithin group,120 patients treated with basic group′s medicine and soybean lecithin 10g tid.po..The treatment course was 28 days.Results:The degrees of subsidence in hemiplegia,distortion of the face,difficulty of saying and feeling numb of patients in soybean lecithin group were much larger than those of other two groups (P<0.05).In the order of death,deterioration,nonimprovement improvement significant improvement recovery,Ridit analysis of results of therapy in 3 groups,soybean lecithin group′s effect is apparently better than the other groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Soybean lecithin in the treatment of apoplexy has a better clinical curative effect.
