| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿手足口病发病的临床特点及治疗对策.方法:对2008年4～8月我院收治的153例手足口病患儿作回顾性分析.结果:皮疹主要发生在手、足、口腔等部位.所有患儿均有典型的临床表现,患儿经积极抗病毒及对症治疗均痊愈,未发生严重并发症,预后良好.结论:及早治疗可防止严重并发症及本病的传播流行.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of 153 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:To make clinical retrospective analysis from April to August 2008 in the treated 153 children cases of hand,foot and mouth diseases.Results:The rash occurred mainly in hand,foot and mouth.All cases were cured after early treatment with no serious complications.Conclusion:The prognosis is good with timely and early treatments. |
