摘    要:目的探讨四川省精神心理专科护士培训的标准化课程设置及课程设置后的教学质量的的效果评价,为四川省精神心理专科护士提供一套标准化的教学课程。方法通过能够提升精神心理专科护士的核心能力、促进专科护士的自我成长、实现自我完善为目标给予多模块的课程设置和多学科教师团队师资的培训。结果课程设置所培训出来的的精神心理专科护士得到个人及单位的高度肯定,实现了专业化的培训目标,教学质量效果好。结论通过针对性、合理性和特色性的多模块的课程设置和多教师团队的培训方法,实现了专业化的培训,提高培训质量,学员满意度高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the standardized curriculum setting and the effect evaluation of the teaching quality after the curriculum setting for the training of psychiatric nurses in Sichuan province,so as to provide a set of standardized teaching courses for psychiatric nurses in Sichuan Province.Methods Multi-module curriculum setting and multi-discipline teacher team training were provided for the purpose of improving the core competence of psychiatric nurses,promoting their self-growth and achieving self-perfection.Results The mental nurses trained by the curriculum were highly recognized by the individual and the unit,and achieved the professional training objectives,with good teaching quality effect.Conclusion Through targeted,rational and characteristic multi-module curriculum setting and multi-teacher team training method,professional training is realized,training quality is improved,and student satisfaction is high.
