摘    要:临床医学专业学位研究生培养目标是培养掌握坚实的医学基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,具有较强临床实践能力、临床研究能力、创新能力的高素质、高层次、复合型医学人才。在当前临床医学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨培养背景下,如何提升临床医学专业学位研究生综合能力和全面素质,成为临床医学专业学位研究生培养迫切需要解决的问题。文章以锦州医科大学为例,介绍了学校近几年在临床医学专业学位研究生培养中探索构建以综合能力为导向的培养体系的经验和体会,旨在寻求既符合医学教育规律,又有利于培养医学研究生综合素质的最佳培养模式,提高医学人才培养质量。

Abstract:The training goal of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students is to cultivate highquality,high-level,and compound medical talents who master solid basic medical theory,basic knowledge,and basic skills,and have strong clinical practice ability,clinical research ability,and innovation ability.Under the current background of the combination of the standardized training of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students and residents,how to improve the comprehensive ability and overall quality of clinical medicine degree postgraduates has become an urgent problem to be solved in the cultivation of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students.In order to improve the quality of medical personnel training,this article takes Jinzhou medical university as an example to introduce the school’s experience and cognition in exploring the construction of a comprehensive ability-oriented training system in the training of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students in recent years.It aims to seek the best training model that not only conforms to the law of medical education,but also helps to cultivate the comprehensive ability of medical students.
