Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PDCA cycle in critical value management of clinical test.Methods 37 patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the reference group,and 37 patients who were treated from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study group,the control group was treated with routine critical value management,and the study group was treated with PDCA cycle.The return time of test results,the difference of intervention time and the success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results The return time of test results in the study group(32.6±5.5)min and the intervention time(26.9±6.5)min were shorter than that in the control group(46.2±9.5)min and(37.9±7.6)min,with differences between the groups(t=7.5361,P=0.0001).t=6.6907,P=0.0001);The rescue success rate of the study group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.68%)(χ2=5.2323,P=0.0222).Conclusion PDCA cycle method can shorten the time of rescue,improve the success rate of rescue and the satisfaction rate of patients.
