Application of Obstetric Nursing in the Nursing of Pregnancy Hypertension

Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in the nursing of obstetric pregnancy hypertension.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing group(n=50)and high-quality nursing based on the routine nursing group(high-quality nursing group,n=50).The vital signs and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The decreases of heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the high-quality nursing group were significantly higher than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).In the incidence of severe preeclampsia and eclampsia,22.0%(11/50),6.0%(3/50)in the high-quality nursing group and 50.0%(25/50),14.0%(7/50)in the routine nursing group,the former were significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05);In terms of neonatal weight and Apgar score,(3.3±1.0)kg and(8.9±1.3)in the high-quality nursing group and(2.3±0.7)kg,(7.8±1.4)in the routine nursing group,the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing in obstetric pregnancy hypertension is good.
