Investigation of Hyperuricemia in Jiugang Workers and Analysis of Influencing Factors

Objective To explore the research and investigation of JISCO staff patients suffering from hyperuricemia to clarify the influencing factors of such diseases.Methods The research subjects were 17611 examiners who underwent physical examinations in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018,including 16992 male employees and 619 female employees,respectively,intercepted the patient’s health examination data and analyzed.The probability of suffering from hyperuricemia,and multivariate logistics regression analysis was used to clarify the factors affecting the prevalence.Results The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia patients was 30.5%,the prevalence rate of men was 31.3%,and the prevalence rate of women was 9.9%;among the population of hyperuricemia,overweight and obesity,high triglycerides,high and low density lipoprotein and hypertension were significantly higher than those in the normal uric acid group;P<0.05,there was significant difference between groups.Conclusion The detection rate of hyperuricemia in JISCO employees is relatively high.Hyperuricemia is closely related to gender,body mass index,blood lipids,and blood pressure.Sufficient attention should be given to comprehensive interventions as soon as possible.
