Effect of Three Integrated Extended Nursing Care on Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia After Discharge

Objective To explore the effect of three integrated extended nursing care on the recovery of stroke hemiplegic patients after discharge.Methods 120 patients with stroke hemiplegic discharged from our hospital from August 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by single and double day discharge,control group was given routine extended nursing care,experimental group was given three integrated extended nursing observation and comparison of the experimental group and control group patients at different time NIHSS score,Barthel index,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),patient nursing satisfaction.Results 1 week after discharge,The NIHSS score and SAS score of 1 month and 3 months were significantly lower than that of the control group,the Barthel index was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-position extended nursing can promote the early recovery of hemiplegic limbs in stroke patients,reduce the rate of disability,reduce the recurrence rate and reduce the family and social burden.
