多媒体结合PBL教学法在骨科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的研究多媒体互动结合PBL教学对于骨科临床教学的影响。方法选择200名骨科实习人员为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。评估两组学生的教学模式满意度和考核成绩。结果观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组考核成绩(基础知识、临床技能、总评分)均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多媒体互动与PBL教学相结合的模式是更容易被学生理解的教学模式,这有助于提高学生处理临床问题的能力,比传统的多媒体教学效果更加突出。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of multimedia interaction combined with PBL teaching on clinical orthopedic teaching.Methods 200 orthopaedic interns were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100).Two groups of students were evaluated for teaching mode satisfaction and assessment results.Results Observation group satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The examination results compared with control group and observation group(basic knowledge,clinical skills,total score)were significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.01),there are statistically significant differences.Conclusion The mode of multimedia interaction combined with PBL teaching is easier to be understood by students,which is helpful to improve students'ability to deal with clinical problems and more effective than traditional multimedia teaching.
