Abstract:Objective To analyze the actual value of using video feedback teaching method in nursing skills teaching.Methods 80 newly recruited nurses who received nursing skills teaching from June 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.This research adopts historical comparison,according to the nodes before and after the implementation of video feedback teaching method in our hospital,and grouped them.From June 2016 to May 2017,40 newly recruited nurses were the control group,and the newly recruited nurses from June 2017 to May 2018 were the experimental group.Among them,the newly recruited nurses in the control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used video feedback teaching methods combined with the quality control operation videos of our hospital.The operating performance of the two groups of newly recruited nurses and the evaluation of teaching methods by the newly recruited nurses were compared.Results After the video feedback teaching method,the newly recruited nurses in the experimental group scored significantly better than those in the control group in oxygen inhalation operation,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,indwelling needle intravenous infusion operation,and blood glucose measurement(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching methods by newly recruited nurses in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After a month using the use of video feedback teaching method in nursing skills teaching has a significant effect on improving the teaching effect and has a strong promotion value.
