摘    要:目的 分析导乐陪伴分娩在初产妇分娩中的护理效果.方法 研究时间段:2019年5—12月;研究对象:医院接诊的76例初产妇,根据入院时间的不同进行分组,研究组、对照组各38例,研究组产妇给予导乐陪伴分娩,对照组产妇给予常规护理分娩,干预后评价临床干预效果、自然分娩率、剖宫产率、疼痛程度及产妇心理状况.结果 总产程时长[研...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Dole accompanied delivery to promote natural vaginal delivery of primipara and reduce cesarean section rate.Methods Research period:May to December 2019;research object:76 primiparas in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to different admission time,38 cases in each group.The study group was given doula accompany delivery,while the control group was given routine nursing delivery.After intervention,the clinical intervention effect,natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,pain degree and maternal psychological status were evaluated.Results Total duration of labor[study group(258.97±168.00)min0.05.Conclusion Dole accompanied delivery has a significant clinical intervention effect on primiparous women.It can not only increase the natural delivery rate,reduce the cesarean section rate,but also shorten the delivery period of the mother,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and can also effectively relieve the pain of the mother and improve the mother.
