Exploration and Application of Circulating Tumor Cells in Peripheral Blood of Patients With Liver Cancer

Objective To investigate the detection of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in peripheral blood of patients with liver cancer and its application effect.Methods Fortyfive patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were set as the observation group,and 45 patients with benign liver disease treated during the same period were set as the control group.All patients were tested for CTC to detect tumors.The clinical application of the marker.Results The levels of CYFRA21-1 in the two groups were detected,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of CTC and CEA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional tumor marker detection,circulating tumor cell(CTC)detection in peripheral blood of patients with liver cancer has higher diagnostic value and can be used for clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis evaluation.It has important clinical application value.
