妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者行左旋甲状腺素治疗的疗效

目的评价对妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者应用左旋甲状腺素的临床价值以及对其对妊娠结局和促甲状腺素水平所产生的影响。方法病例选取时间为2017年6月—2019年2月,对医院收治的74例妊娠合并甲减患者开展项目研究,采用数字随机表法将其平均分成2组(试验组与参照组),一组纳入37例。其中参照组给予常规治疗,试验组给予左旋甲状腺素治疗。对其妊娠结局、甲状腺功能水平指标等进行统计。结果试验组总发生率5.41%(2/37)例低于参照组24.32%(9/37)例,经过χ2检验后,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;试验组游离甲状腺素与游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸均高于参照组,促甲状腺素低于参照组,经过t检验后,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论左旋甲状腺素对妊娠合并甲减患者甲状腺功能水平具有明显改善,并且可有效降低妊娠结局。

Efficacy of Levothyroxine in Pregnant Women With Hypothyroidism

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of levothyroxine in pregnant women with hypothyroidism and its effect on pregnancy outcomes and thyrotropin levels.Methods The cases were selected from June 2017 to February 2019.A project study was conducted on 74 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital,and they were divided into 2 groups(experimental group and reference group)by digital random table.One group included 37 patients.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given levothyroxine.Statistics on pregnancy outcomes and thyroid function levels were performed.Results The total incidence of 5.41%(2/37)cases in the experimental group was lower than 24.32%(9/37)cases in the reference group.After aχ2 test,the statistical significance between the groups was P<0.05;Free triiodothyronine was higher than the reference group,and thyroid stimulating hormone was lower than the reference group.After t test,there was a statistically significant difference between groups P<0.05.Conclusion Levothyroxine can significantly improve the thyroid function level in patients with pregnancy and hypothyroidism,and it can effectively reduce the pregnancy outcome.It is worth popularizing.
