思维导图在康复专科护士能力培养中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的验证思维导图在康复护理专科护士能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取36例2018年4—12月本院康复护理专科护士作为研究对象,按数字法随机分为试验组18例和对照组18例。试验组采用思维导图教学方法教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学。比较两组研究对象培训4周后,理论、技能考核、个案考核成绩及对带教方法的满意度调查和自我导向学习能力测评结果。结果培训前,两组研究对象理论及技能考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训4周后,试验组理论、技能及个案考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对带教方法满意度和自我导向学习能力测评结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学方法在康复专科护士能力培养中效果显著,可作为优化教学的参考方案。

Abstract:Objective To verify the application effect of mind map in the ability training of rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses.Methods From April 2018 to December,36 cases rehabilitation nursing specialist nurses in our hospital were selected as research objects,according to the numerical method,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 18 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted mind map teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The results of theory,skill assessment,individual assessment,satisfaction survey on teaching methods and self-directed learning ability assessment were compared between the two groups 4 weeks after the training.Results Before the training,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of theoretical and skill tests(P>0.05),after 4 weeks of training,the scores of theory,skills and individual examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching methods and selfdirected learning ability of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of mind map has remarkable effect on the cultivation of ability of rehabilitation nurses,which can be used as a reference scheme to optimize teaching.
