Clinical Analysis of Combined Intervention in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of uterine cavity filling with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods The data of 90 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital were selected.The admission time was from January 2018 to June 2019.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(n=45,routine treatment intervention)and the observation group(n=45,local administration of misoprostol and intrauterine gauze).The bleeding status of the two groups at different time points were statistically analyzed,and the changes of hemoglobin level before and after treatment were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the two groups was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no difference in hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of local administration of misoprostol combined with intrauterine gauze filling on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is significant.
