Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of the problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with the positive problem-discussion-guidance(PDG)teaching model in the training of senior medical students in the clinical medicine department.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,134 senior medical students from the department of clinical medicine were selected and divided into a control group(67 cases)and a study group(67 cases)according to a random number table.The students in the research group used the PBL and PDG teaching mode and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,to compare the theoretical test scores,teaching quality,and teaching effect scores of the two groups of students.Results The total score,excellent teaching quality rate,and teaching effect scores of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL and PDG teaching mode in the training of senior medical students in clinical medicine department can effectively improve students'grasp of theoretical knowledge and teaching effect,and improve teaching quality.
