Study on the Relationship Between Spiral CT Imaging Manifestations and Clinical Staging of Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the relationship between spiral CT imaging performance and clinical analysis of gastric cancer.Methods 64 cases of gastric cancer patients from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,all of them were examined and analyzed by multi-slice spiral CT,and compared with postoperative pathological staging.Result According to the standard of surgical pathological staging,the accuracy rates of T1,T2,T3,T4 were 90.91%,94.74%,94.12%,100%and 95.31%in T staging,93.75%,96.67%,100%and 96.88%in N staging,94.56%,91.30%and 95.31%in M staging The accuracy of spiral CT staging was similar to that of clinical staging and pathological staging((χ²=3.072,2.032,3.072,P=0.080,0.154,0.080>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical staging diagnosis of gastric cancer,the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT imaging is high,which can be used as a clinical diagnosis basis.
