Rehabilitation Effect of Full-time Rehabilitation Nurses on Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fulltime rehabilitation nurses in neurology department on promoting the rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods From August 1,2017 to 2019 June 30,80 cases with acute ischemic stroke admitted in the rehabilitation department of directly under the authority hospital were selected.The control group were received routine nursing,and rehabilitation training was mainly conducted by rehabilitation technicians according to doctor's advice.The observation group were received rehabilitation training by full-time rehabilitation nurses.All the participants were followed up for 3 months.The changes of european stroke score(ESS)and barthel index of overall quality of life after intervention were compared,and the changes of sensory and motor abilities were statistically analyzed.Results 3 months after the intervention,the ASIA scores of exercise and sensory function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The proportions of smoking and drinking,greasy and spicy diet,staying up late and/or irregular living and rest in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The ESS and Barthel index scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-time nursing rehabilitation intervention for patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve limb nerve function,promote changes in bad living habits and improve the quality of life of patients.
