Abstract:Objective To cultivate compound talents with both clinical skills and scientific research capabilities under the background of the new era,and promote the steady progress of medical and health undertakings in China.Methods Analyzed the current learning situation of medical students in our country and expounded the necessity of cultivating compound talents.The paper also suggested Chinese medical colleges and universities cultivate medical talents with both clinical and scientific skills in four effective ways.Results Chinese medical colleges and universities should not only focus on the cultivation of clinical competence of clinical professional postgraduates,but also strengthen the cultivation of their scientific research thinking,scientific research methods,and scientific research capabilities.Conclusion Cultivating medical talents with both clinical and scientific skills in the new era is of great significance to the development of medical undertakings.
