| Abstract: | According to the schedule to deepen the national health reform, the county hospital should complete the public hospital reform within two years. There are lots of changes required for hospital reform, but the most crucial one is the reform of compensation mechanism, which can reduce part of reasonable income by cancelling the hospital drug addition. How much is lost after cancelling the hospital drug addition？ Who should be responsible for the compensation？ How much is compensated for such loss？ It will be strongly justified that casting accounts can resolve the puzzle of public hospital compensation mechanism in a county hospital. |
