肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

摘    要:
目的 观察肾康注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效.方法 将100例CRF患者按随机数字表法分为2组.在常规治疗基础上,观察组50例:肾康注射液60ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程为14 d;对照组50例:丹红注射液20ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,疗程14 d.分别对治疗前后临床疗效和血尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白进行评价.结果 观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,血尿素氮、肌酐较对照组低,内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义[90.0%(45/50)比74.0%(37/50),(14±8)mmol/L比(25±11) mmol/L,(422±112) μmol/L比(573±126) μmol/L,(19±8) ml/min比(14±8)ml/min,(77±18) g/L比(66±14) g/L](均P<0.05).结论 肾康注射液治疗CRF疗效确切,可延缓CRF的疾病进展,不良反应少,患者依从性好.

Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenkang injection on chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods Totally 100 CRF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group included 50 cases; the control group had 50 cases.The clinical effect,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate and hemoglobin evaluation were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical effect and blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant [90.0% (45/50) vs 74.0% (37/50),(14 ± 8) mmol/L vs (25 ± 11) mmol/L,(422 ± 112) μ mol/L vs (573±126) μ mol/L,(19±8)ml/min vs (14 ±8)ml/min,(77 ±18)g/L vs (66±14)g/L] (P〈0.05).Conclusions The Shenkang injection is safe and effective in treating CRF.It can delay the progression of CRF disease.
