Abstract: | ![]() The treatment of symptomatic chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocations can be challenging. Different surgical procedures have been described in the literature. We present an arthroscopically assisted stabilization using a gracilis tendon transclavicular-transcoracoid loop technique augmented with a Tight-Rope (Arthrex, Naples, FL, USA). In contrast to the classic Weaver–Dunn procedures this technique is designed to stabilize the acromioclavicular joint by recreating the anatomy of the coracoclavicular ligaments via a minimal invasive approach. |
