| 摘 要： | 对171例患者及31例健康人血清LDH及其LDHi进行测定,结果发现:患者LDH总活性都普遍升高,LDHi酶谱的变化以AMI及病毒性心肌炎最为显著,其中LDHi分别为43.27%和34.86%,LDH_1/LDH_2都大于1,分别是1.58和1.30,肝炎患者LDH_5升高明显;原发性肝癌LDH总活性升高的同时LDH_5也升高,有的高达34%。 |

| Abstract: | Serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyrnes (LDHi) were determined in 171 patients and 31 healthy subjects. Results showed that the total LDH activity in the patients went up generally and the changes of LDHi zymogram were the most remarkable in AMI and viral myocarditis, whose LDH_1 was 43.27% and 34.86%, respectively., LDH_1/LDH_2 were greater than 1 (1.58 and 1.30, respectively). The raise of LDH_5 in patients with hepatitis was obvious. LDH_5 in primary carcinoma of liver went up simultaneously with the raise of total LDH activity. Some might be as high as 34%, |
