摘    要:
目的 观察肾透明细胞癌(Renal clear cell carcinoma,RCCC)及正常肾组织中Gli1 的表达,探讨RCCC中Gli1的异常表达与肾癌之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组化技术检测 RCCC 及正常肾组织中Gli1 蛋白的表达.结果 在正常肾组织中Gli1不表达,而在RCCC中Gli1高表达,且其表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤大小均无关.结论 Hedgehog信号通路中Gli1表达上调可能参与了RCCC的发病,其在肾细胞癌的发生、发展等方面可能具有重要作用.

Abstract:
Objective To observe the expression of Gli1 in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC) and normal renal tissues,and to investigate the correlation between the abnormal expression of Gli1 and RCCC.Methods Expression of Gli1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in RCCC and normal kidney.Results Gli1 was not expressed in normal kidney.Up-regulation of Gli1 was observed significantly in RCCC.The increased Gli1 level was disassociated with age,gender,and tumorous size of RCCC.Conclusions Up-regulation of Gli1 in Hedgehog signaling pathway might be involved in RCCC,and it might have an important role in development and progression process of RCCC.
