腹腔镜下胆囊切除术84例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用.方法 回顾性分析2009年 1月至2011年 1月我院外科行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术84例临床资料.结果 84例患者中平均手术时间为(69.2±29.5)分钟,平均出血量为(45.3±7.6)mL,平均住院时间为(6.5±2.1)d,无近期并发症,患者均痊愈出院,术后腹部切口愈合后无明显瘢痕.无1例死亡.结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术适应范围广,操作简单,创伤小,患者恢复快,并发症少,是成熟的胆囊切除术,有很高的临床应用价值.

Clinical Analysis of 84 Cases of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients who were admitted to our hospital to receive laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2009 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The mean operative time was(69.2±29.5) minutes.The average amount of bleeding was(45.3±7.6) milliliters.The average hospital stay was(6.5±2.1) days.No one suffered recent postoperative complications after the operation and the abdominal incisions had no obvious scar.Conclusion With the advantages of wider suitability,easier operation,less invasive,quicker recovery and fewer complications,laparoscopic cholecystectomy is mature and sophisticated.It has very high clinical value and is worth being promoted.
