金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的 了解金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布及其耐药情况.方法 对我院2007~2009年分离的金黄色葡萄球菌进行耐药监测.结果 3年共分离出金黄色葡萄球菌106株.在临床标本中,痰液分离率最高,占57.6%;感染分布以呼吸内科为主,占43.4%.MRSA对青霉素类、大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、四环素类、克林霉素的耐药率均很高且明显高于MSSA,并呈现多重耐药;MSSA对青霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素、四环素的耐药率较高在80%左右;MRSA和MSSA对糖肽类、利奎唑胺和奎奴普汀/达福普汀都很敏感.结论 金黄色葡萄球菌耐药严重,特别是对MRSA应引起临床的重视.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate staphylococcus aureus the purpose of the clinical.Methods All staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from patients during the period from 2007~2009 in our hospital.Results Three years have been isolated staphylococcus aureus 106 strains.Sputum was the highest in the distribution of 57.6% in clinical specimen;infection,accounting for distribution in the department of respiratory medicine 43.4%.The drug resistant rate of MRSA strains to penicillins、macrolides、aminoglycosides、quinolones、tetracyclines、clindamycin showed highly and was obviously higher than that of MSSA,which could be showing multi-drug resistance.The drug resistant rate of MSSA strains to penicillin,erythromycin,gentamycin,tetracycline showed highly and were 80% or so.MRSA and MSSA were very susceptibility to glycopeptides、linezolid and quinupristin-dalfo-pristin.Conclusions Staphylococcus aureus are severe now,and special attention should be paid to MRSA.It is essential to strengthen monitoring the drug resistance of MRSA.
