甲基阿魏酸对PDGF—BB刺激的肝星状细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的观测甲基阿魏酸(meth-ferulic acid,MFA)对PDGF-BB刺激的肝星状细胞(HSC-T6)增殖的影响。方法采用四甲基噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测MFA对HSC-T6增殖的影响并计算抑制率。结果 MFA可以抑制HSC的增殖,呈现一定的剂量依赖性。结论 MFA能抑制PDGF-BB刺激HSC的增殖作用从而减轻肝纤维化。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of(meth-ferulic acid,MFA) on proliferation of PDGF-BB-induced hepatic satellite cells(HSC-T6).Methods The proliferation of HSC-T6 was detected by MTT assay and the inhibitory rate was calculated.Results MFA could inhibit the proliferation of HSC,presenting a certain degree of dose-dependent state.Conclusion MFA can inhibit the PDGF-BB-induced proliferation of HSC,so that reducing hepatic fibrosis.
