| 摘 要： | 临床能力训练是培养临床医学专业学位研究生的核心和关键，结合我院多年来临床专业学位研究生培养管理的实践和经验，从做好研究生入院前教育，增强临床意识，加强临床阶段管理，提高研究生培养质量，建立合理严谨的规范化考核制度等方面就临床能力培养和考核等问题进行讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Clinical skill training was the most important part for post graduate medicine students. Combined with the rich experience and practice of post graduate medicine student training, clinical skill training stage included pre post graduate education, clinical skill training and strict evaluation to improve post graduate education quality. |
