目的 研究肝细胞肝癌中血管内皮生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ）的表达与ｐ５３，ｒａｓ基因之间的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学方法研究４５例肝癌标本ＶＥＧＦ，ｐ５３及ｒａｓ基因的表达。结果 ＶＥＧＦ的表达率为６４．４％（２９／４５），ｐ５３的表达率为４８．９％（２２／４５），ｒａｓ表达率为５３．３％（２４／４５），经连续切片对比分析表明，在ＶＥＧＦ表达较高的区域，ｐ５３，ｒａｓ的表达亦较强，但Ｘ＾２检验仅提示ｐ５３
