| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧联合纳洛酮治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效。方法将160例急性乙醇中毒患者随机分成2组，其中高压氧组80例，对照组80例，观察疗效并进行比较。结果高压氧组无论轻、重度中毒患者在意识恢复及症状消失时间方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论高压氧联合纳洛酮治疗急性乙醇中毒，临床应用安全，具有较好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined malxone in treatment of acute alcoholism. [ Methods] 160 cases of acute alcoholism were divided into 2 groups, hyperbaric oxygen group （80 cases） and control group （80 cases ） , therapeutic effects were observed and compared. [ Results ] In the hyperbaric oxygen group, both light and heavy patients were significantly better than the control group in the restoration of consciousness and symptoms disappearing in time （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The therapy of hyperbaric oxygen combined nalxone has a significant curative effect on the acute alcoholism, with security of clinical application. |
