微型钛镍形状记忆合金环抱器在掌指骨骨折中的应用

摘    要:
目的 探讨微型钛镍形状记忆合金环抱器在掌、指骨骨折治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 从2000年3月~2003年6月,我们采用微型钛镍形状记忆合金环抱器切开复位内固定治疗掌、指骨骨折18例,其中掌骨22个,指骨6个。术后早期自主功能锻炼。结果 所有患者随访4~25个月,均达到骨性愈合,平均6.3周(5~10周),无感染,无骨折再移位,手功能恢复满意。结论 微型钛镍形状记忆合金环抱器有其独特的生物力学和材料力学特点,应用于掌指骨骨干骨折的治疗,能获得稳定的内固定,允许手早期的伸屈功能锻炼,有效预防肌腱粘连、关节僵硬,有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effects and value of mi ni encircling fixator of TiNi shape memory alloy in treatment of fractures of metacarpal and phalangeal shafts.Methods From March 2000to June 2003,18cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fractu res(22metacarpal ones and 6phalange ones)were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by mini encirclin g fixator of TiNi shape memory alloy.All cases were encouraged to do functional exercises immediately after operation.Results The follow-ups lasted from 4to 25mon ths.The results were re-vealed satisfactory in all.Bony uni on averaged 6.3weeks(5to 10weeks).No infection or displacement of the fracture was found.Conclusion With its special properties of biome chanics and mechanics of material,t he mini encircling fixator of memory shape a lloy can provide stable fixation,permit early functional exercise,and prevent tendon adhesion and joint stiffness.[
