自发性蛛网膜下腔出血50例临床分析

目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的临床表现、诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾分析2010年4月至2012年4月收治的50例SAH患者临床资料.结果 46例临床症状体征消失,痊愈;1例于起病10 d后发生昏迷转外科手术,经治疗好转,清醒,但遗留有偏瘫;1例起病即昏迷者经治疗清醒,于第14天再次昏迷死亡.2例恶化者诊断为脑血管痉挛(CVS).2例CVS患者中,死亡1例,致残1例.结论 SAH起病状态不一,病因多为颅内动脉瘤,临床表现多样.DSA检查能直接明确病因,可为临床选择合理有效治疗方案提供依据.

Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage clinical analysis of 50 cases

Objective To investigate the subarachnoid (SAH), clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of the 50 cases of SAH patients admitted in April 2010 to April 2012. Results 46 cases of clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, the cure.One case in 10 days of the onset of coma transfer surgery, improved after treatment, sober, but left hemiplegia.One cases the onset of coma were treated and sober, in the tenth four days again, coma and death. Two cases of deterioration diagnosis of cerebral vasospasm (CVS). Two cases of CVS patients, 1 died, disabling one cases. Conclusion The onset of SAH status varies, the cause of many intracranial aneurysms, the clinical manifestations are diverse. DSA is able to direct a clear cause, and provide the basis for the clinical selection of reasonable and effective treatment programs.
