盐酸氨溴索在老年普胸手术围手术期肺保护的研究

目的 探讨氨溴索在老年普胸手术围手术期的肺保护作用.方法 收集130例老年需行普胸手术患者,按入组编号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组65例,观察组在围手术期应用沐舒坦干预,而对照组不予氨溴索干预,对比分析两组患者肺部并发症发生情况,手术前后血气分析变化、以及住院时间情况.结果 观察组肺部并发症发生率9.23%,明显低于对照组24.62%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);手术前后观察组血气分析较对照组改善明显,PaO2及PaCO2两组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);且观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,两组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 老年普胸手术围手术期应用氨溴索具有肺保护作用,可显著提高临床疗效,减少肺部并发症、改善血气,大大缩短住院时间,提高了患者生活质量,临床值得推广应用.

The research of lung protection of ambroxol in the elderly general thoracic surgery perioperative

Objective To study the lung protection of ambroxol in the elderly general thoracic surgery perioperative. Methods Collecting 130 cases of elderly patients need to line the general thoracic surgery, according to enrollment numbers randomly divided into two groups and the control group 65 patients in the observation group perioperative Ambroxol intervention, while the control group not Ambroxol intervention, the incidence of pulmonary complications, changes in blood gas analysis before and after surgery and time of hospitalization. Results The observation group 9.23% incidence of pulmonary complications was significantly lower than the control group 24.62%, there was a significant difference in two-phase(P<0.05),blood gas analysis before and after surgery study group improved significantly compared with the control group, PaO2 and PaCO2 compared the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly shorter hospital stay than the control group, there were two significant differences in two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Old general thoracic surgery perioperative lung protection with ambroxol, reduce pulmonary complications, significantly shorter hospital stay, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
