| 摘 要： | 目的 了解静脉药瘾者弓形体感染状况及其影响因素.方法 202例静脉药瘾者作为研究对象,采集血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法和聚合酶链反应观察弓形体感染和常见的血源传播病毒的感染指标.结果 静脉药瘾者中弓形体检出阳性35例,总感染率17.33%,感染率与当地正常人群比较,差异具有显著意义(P＜0.05),吸毒史长短和重叠艾滋病毒(HIV)感染与弓形体感染有关.结论 静脉药瘾者是弓形体感染的高危人群,而长期吸毒和伴发HIV感染时,机体免疫功能受到严重破坏,对弓形体易感性增高.

| Abstract: | Objective In order to assess the condition of Toxoplasma infection among Intravenous Drug Users(IVDU) and the affecting factors.Methods It is detected that Toxoplasma-IgG,HBcAb,anti-HCV,and anti-HIV markers by ELISA in 202 sera and 101 normal controls.Toxoplasma DNA was detected by PCR.Results The Toxoplasma infection was identified in 35(17.33%) of 202 IVDU.One-way analysis and Logistic analysis: the related factors of the Toxoplasma infection were the addicted history and HIV infection.Conclusion IVDU was a group of high risk of Toxoplasma infection.The addicted history and HIV infection was associated with the susceptibility of Toxoplasma in IVDU. |
