微波消解—氢化物原子荧光法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中总砷

摘    要:
目的建立测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中总砷的氢化物发生-原子荧光法。方法以硝酸为氧化剂进行微波消解后,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定。结果实验表明,在本法条件下绘制标准曲线在0.0~20.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.85%,检出限为0.035μg/L,加标回收率为97.6%~101.2%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适合婴幼儿配方奶粉中总砷含量的检测分析。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a method for determination of total arsenic in baby formula by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Sample was digested by microwave with nitric acid and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The method showed that liner range was 0. 0 -20. 0μg/L, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0. 85%, the detection limit of the method was 0. 035μg/L, recoveries were in the range of 97.6% -101.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of total arse- nic in baby formula.
