广州地区7岁以下儿童泌尿系统结石筛查7167例特征分析

目的:通过三聚氰胺污染奶粉这一突发事件,了解广州地区7岁以下儿童乳制品摄入状况、与奶粉相关泌尿系统结石流行病学特征。方法:连续5天对儿童泌尿系统结石筛查门诊就诊7岁及以下儿童进行调查,信息通过儿童家长现场填写问卷调查获得。结果:共调查7167例儿童,年龄呈偏态分布,中位数1.69岁(P25为0.98岁,P75为2.54岁),男女性别比为144∶100。泌尿系统结石筛查检出率3.46%,男、女童的检出率无统计学差异,分别为3.64%和3.26%;3～7岁组阳性检出率最高,达5.06%,高于<3岁组人群的阳性检出率(3.20%)。结论:筛查人群报告食用过的奶粉/液态奶的品牌达68种;泌尿系统结石筛查阳性病例报告食用过的奶粉/液态奶的品牌为30种,其中三鹿奶粉报告食用率最高。

Characteristics of screening of urinary system calculus in 7 167 children under 7 years old in Guangzhou

Objective:To understand the intake status of dairy products in children under 7 years old and epidemiological features of urinary system calculus related to milk powder.Methods:Children under 7 years old were detected for urinary system calculus for 5 days by a questionnaire filled out by the parents.Results:7 167 children were surveyed,the median age was 1.69 years (P25=0.98,P75=2.54) with skew distribution.The gender ratio was 144﹕100.The detection rate of urinary system calculus was 3.46%,there was no significant difference between boys (3.64%) and girls (3.26%). The children aged 3～7 years had the highest positive rate of urinary system calculus (5.06%),which was higher than that under 3 yearrs old (3.20%). Conclusion:The screening children drink,68 kinds of milk powder/liquid milk,30 kinds of milk powder/liquid milk are reported by the positive population. Sanlu is the highest reported brand which the screening positive children drink.
